Marysole
Wörner Baz was a member of the "Generación de
la Ruptura" along with Manuel Felguerez, Alberto Gironella,
and Vicente Rojo, although her work bears more resemblance to
the surrealist ex-patriates and their followers such as Remedios
Varos, Leonora Carrington, and Mathias Goeriz. Wörner Baz
has been exhibiting since 1955, including exhibitions at the
Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Museo de Arte Moderno, and the Museo
del Chopo.
